Fitzroy Gardens - Dolphin Fountain

We encourage everyone to leave the car at home, opting for Uber/taxi or public transport.

Uber/Taxi: The best location to type in is "River God Fountain", then walk 5 minutes south through the gardens toward the Dolphin Fountain.

Train: The closest train stations are Parliament Station and Jolimont Station. These are both a short walk away from the gardens.

Tram: Fitzroy Gardens can be accessed via the 48 or 75 trams on Wellington Parade (via Flinders St if coming from the CBD), and the 12 or 109 trams via Victoria Parade (via Collins St if coming from the CBD).

Parking: For those driving, it will be easiest to try and find a street park on Albert Street or on Landsdowne Street. Parking there is $4/hour. Alternatively, there are 2 parking lots 10 minute walks away at 410 Albert St (Wilson Parking - $18/hour) and at McDonalds Collingwood, 1 Victoria Parade (Secure Parking - $20 for 3 hours).

PLEASE NOTE: Fitzroy Gardens is in East Melbourne (not in Fitzroy).

Please organise your own transport from the ceremony to the reception.

St Andrews Conservatory

Uber/Taxi: The best location to plug into your Uber/Taxi is 31 King William St, Fitzroy. Plan for a 10-15 minute drive from Fitzroy Gardens.

Tram: The reception can be accessed on the routes 11 and 96 trams with 10 minutes walking included. Please allow 20 minutes for those traveling on trams.

Parking: For those driving, there should street parking available on Nicholson Street Fitzroy (venue is at 124 Nicholson Street). Parking is $2/hour until 6:30pm when it is then free and unlimited. If you'd prefer undercover parking, the Melbourne Museum parking is a short walk away and $10 evening flat rate (located at 11 Nicholson Street Carlton). Be aware, however, that the parking lot closes at midnight.

The National Hotel

Uber/Taxi: Search 'National Hotel', and 344 Victoria St, Richmond 3121 should come up.

Tram: The National can be accessed on the tram on the 12 and 109 trams from the CBD (Collins St).

Parking: For those driving, there will be street parking available on Victoria Street or nearby side streets.
